Shamrock does not charge a fee to facilitate transfers or sales of bib numbers.
Making a transfer prior to March 7, 2017
Please send us an e-mail at PDQemail@aol.com with the following information for the person you are transferring your bib number to:
Postal address, including city, state and zip code
Date of birth
Women's or men's T-shirt size
Cell phone number
Again, all of the above information is for the person to whom you are transferring your bib number.
You are responsible for collecting whatever consideration you negotiated with the person you are transferring your bib number to. Shamrock does not keep a waiting list or get involved in the actual transaction. We need the above information so we can assign the person a Shamrock bib number and make sure that we have all the necessary information in our data base for race result purposes.
The person's bib number will be available for pickup at the adidas Shamrock Fitness Fair at the Oregon Convention Center on Friday, March 17 (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and Saturday, March 18 (from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
Making a transfer after March 7, 2017
This must be done at the adidas Shamrock Fitness Fair. Go to the Solutions Table with the person who you want to transfer your bib number to.
If you are on a team and your bib has been shipped to the team captain, we can transfer the information in the database, but you will be responsible for getting the bib and shirt to the person that you transfer to. A shirt can be exchanged for the correct size at the Fitness Fair or at Waterfront Park on the morning of the event.
BIB NUMBER TRANSFERS CANNOT BE DONE ON RACE DAY.
