Reach an anticipated 30,000 runners and walkers with your company’s products and services at the inaugural adidas Shamrock Fitness Fair, presented by LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon on Friday and Saturday, March 16 and 17 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon.
This two-day expo precedes the 34th Annual adidas Shamrock Run, held on Sunday, March 18 in downtown Portland. The event is the opening of the walks offered in the event.
Don’t miss this chance to promote and sell to thousands of attendees, including registered participants picking-up their bib numbers, t-shirts and souvenir merchandise offered exclusively at the adidas Shamrock Fitness Fair healthy lifestyle for all ages. Irish entertainment will highlight the Fair.
Event media sponsors KGW Newschannel 8 and 101.9 KINK fm radio will promote the adidas Fitness Fair, ensuring attendance and exposure throughout the metropolitan area.

7 am to 11 am (all booths must be ready by 10:30 am)
Fair Hours:

BOOTH RENTAL COST
10' x 10' Standard Booth: $1,400.00
10' x 10' Standard Booth: $600.00 -- non-profit organizations only
BOOTH RENTAL PACKAGE
- Each 10' x 10' booth will be set up with 8' high drapery along back of booth, 3' high drapery on two sides, and one 6' draped table, all in forest green
- Two plastic side chairs
- One wastebasket
- A 7" x 44" one-line exhibitor identification sign
- Carpeting
- 24-hr. security
SPACE ASSIGNMENT
- First-come, first-served basis
- Refer to Fair Floor Plan when selecting your preferred booth space.
- No limit on number of booths purchased. However, no exhibitor may occupy booth space piped and draped larger than 10' x 20'. As long as exhibitor adheres to 10' x 20' boundary rule, then adjoining 10' x 20' booths may be purchased.
BOOTH RENTAL PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Fill out the online registration application.
- Full payment by credit card or check is required to reserve booth.
- Registration is not final until cleared payment has been received.
- Booth confirmation, set-up instructions, and exhibitor manual will be sent upon verification of your registration.
SHOW DECORATOR
- Confirmed exhibitors will be emailed an exhibitor manual by dwa Trade Show & Exposition Services which include basic event information and rental forms for furniture, signage, cleaning, labor, forklift, and material handling services.
- Order forms for additional services, such as telephone, power, and internet will be ordered directlythrough OCC Exhibitor Services.

Just as the adidas Shamrock Run kicks off the running season in Portland, the Portland Marathon is the grand finale at the end of the season here in the "capital" of Northwest running.
