COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Shamrock Stride 4-Mile Walk follows the City’s most popular path, often referred to as The Bridge Loop. Participants will start their walk on Naito Parkway at SW Pine continuing north to the Steel Bridge. After crossing over the Steel, walkers will turn right and follow the Willamette River south enjoying incredible views of the downtown skyline . You’ll pass the Burnside Bridge (near mile 1), the Morrison, the Hawthrone, the Marquam (near mile 2), and cross over the Tilikum as you work your way back to the Stride’s finish line at Naito and SW Yamhill. The Shamrock Stride is the only event that permits strollers. Please note, the Stride is for walkers only, no runners.
