I registered, but have learned that I cannot attend.  Is my entry fee refundable?

Sorry, entry fees are not refundable.  But, you can transfer your entry to another person at no charge.

Can I have someone pick-up my bib number, T-shirt and timing chip for me at the Shamrock Fitness Fair?

Yes, but that person must know the event you entered so she or he can go to the correct area for pick-up.

Can I run with my dog at Shamrock?

Dogs are allowed only in the Shamrock Stride – not in the running events.

Can I wear headphones on the course?

Yes, you can “plug in,” but please stay visually alert.

I’M NOT SURE I CAN RUN THE ENTIRE DISTANCE IN THE EVENT I ENTERED.  CAN I SLOW DOWN AND WALK, IF NECESSARY?
Yes. Running and walking to complete a distance is OK. In fact, mixing walking with running is a great way to improve your conditioning. 

CAN I RUN WITH A BABY JOGGER, OR WALK WITH A STROLLER, AT SHAMROCK?
Running with a baby joggers or stroller is NOT permitted at Shamrock. But, walking with a baby jogger or stroller is allowed, but only in the Shamrock Stride.
